The season calendar tells you where and when an event happens. Your team’s performance time usually comes through a separate schedule. Here is what producers publish about that process.
The competition’s calendar dates and venue. These are what the index lists.
A broad outline of days, sessions or divisions, before individual team times.
The detailed running order. Confirm warm-up and arrival instructions with your coach.

Published registration policy
“The final performance schedule will be released to coaches on Monday before the event.”
The registration policy names coaches as the recipients. A separate parent posting location is not published in this policy.

“Schedules will be FINAL the Thursday prior to the event at 5:00 PM PST.”
The policy places the block schedule one month before the event and the performance schedule two weeks before. Teams must be fully registered to enter the schedule; the policy does not specify a separate parent delivery channel.

“Prelim: Two Tuesdays prior to the event by 5pm”
The Bid Challenge page gives a preliminary schedule two Tuesdays before the event, a draft on the Monday before, and a final schedule by 5 p.m. on the Thursday before. It says schedules go to the main contact email addresses entered at registration.

A general schedule is posted on social media two weeks before the event. The producer says to get performance and arrival times from the coach; QR codes at the venue link to the full schedule.

Updates continue to the registration email. The final schedule is emailed and linked on the producer’s website; a fixed day for that final release is not published in this policy.

The championship page provides a tentative weekly outline and says a block schedule will follow. The Draw section places the draw in mid-March and the final schedule shortly afterward; schedule information is on the championship information page.

Parents can purchase and view the schedule in the producer’s designated event app on the Thursday night before the event. A printed program is also offered at the competition while available.

The nationals page distinguishes the overall schedule of events, already posted there, from the later order of performance. “Typically” describes a practice, not a guaranteed release deadline.

The invitation packet gives February 9 for the preliminary lineup and February 15 for the draft. Performance schedules are posted on the Globals event page and emailed to the registering coach; these are specific 2027 Globals dates.
